Traditional PMs collect rent into their trust account and disburse funds after fees. PropFlo gives you tools to collect rent directly from your tenants to your own bank account.

👀 We do NOT represent you in legal matters.

We’re not licensed property managers. We can’t attend hearings, represent you at the RTDRS, or act as your agent. That’s traditional PM territory.

📑 We do NOT sign leases on your behalf.

PropFlo automates the lease creation process and provides templates, but the landlord is the one who signs and manages lease execution.

🚪 We do NOT handle in-person showings or move-in/out inspections directly.

Need someone to open the door, or hand over keys? That’s the People 1st Realty service. We provide a calendar booking link for a registered agent in your portal, but a PropFlo rep Doesn't attend.
